In 2007 Shengli New Villages were designated as historic buildings so that they could be preserved well up to now. In 2018 this place was officially renamed as “Victory Star V.I.P. Zone,” forming artistic and creative settlements and a unique street block. Associate Professor Hsu Shih-Tsung hopes that through meaning off-campus teaching, students can deeply experience the value and significance of multicultural conservation.
