The 2024 Chiayi International Band Festival Street Parade Carnival grandly kicked off yesterday, with 48 marching bands and flag teams from both domestic and international participants joining the celebration. Among them, nine military bands from the three armed forces academies and the National Defense University were also invited to perform. The number of participating groups set a new record, and the military band performances, along with their impressive drill skills, received enthusiastic applause from the audience, creating waves of excitement and showcasing the well-rounded qualities of military academy students.

In addition, the Navy Academy’s military band, which was the grand finale, perfectly concluded the event with the "Anchor’s Song" and the "Naval Song." The stunning drumbeats and dynamic march movements provided the audience with a dual experience of auditory and visual enjoyment.
