The 114th National University Track and Field Open Championships kicked off with excitement on March 28. The Naval Academy Track and Field Team gave their all at the Taipei Track and Field Stadium, bringing home impressive results!

Women's Group B 400m: Li Rou, a student from the 115th class, ranked 1st in the preliminaries and earned a silver medal in the final.

Men's Group B 3000m Steeplechase: Xiao Yihong, a student from the 115th class, broke his personal best and finished in 4th place.

Group B 4x400m Mixed Relay: In their first competition, the team won a bronze medal. The team, consisting of students Xiao Yihong, Zhang Youan, Wang Yanzhen, and Li Rou, showcased excellent teamwork and fighting spirit.

Women's Group B 400m: Wang Yanzhen, a student from the 116th class, narrowly advanced through the preliminaries and fought hard to finish in 7th place in the final.

At this event, the team earned: 1 silver medal, 1 bronze medal, 1 fourth place, and 1 seventh place, demonstrating the resilience and fighting spirit of the Naval Academy athletes.

With the upcoming University Games in April, we're ready for another round of competition. Let's all cheer for the Naval Academy!
