Rear Admiral Liu, the principal of our school, recently presided over the graduation ceremony of Class A, 2016 (115th year of professional officers) of the Naval Academy, awarding graduation certificates and recognizing the perseverance and professionalism demonstrated by the cadets through rigorous training. In his address, Principal Liu stated that the Navy is an international service, and personnel deployed to their units should continuously strengthen their professional skills and engage in lifelong learning, closely integrating theory with practice. He also encouraged them, as officers, to constantly strive for self-improvement, bravely face setbacks, demonstrate a responsible and dedicated attitude, and set an example for their subordinates.

Finally, the principal hoped that all students would become naval officers who are "loyal to the nation, responsible and dutiful, principled and capable, enterprising and innovative," jointly shouldering the heavy responsibility of safeguarding maritime security and living up to the high expectations of the nation and their families.
