To nourish positive thinking and cultivate ethical characters， Admiral Hsi-Min Lee, class of 66, purchased and donated 10 sets of “日帝 朝鮮 희귀 사진집 1910-1945”  to the library of Naval Academy. Principal Rear-Admiral Liu hosted book presentation ceremony the other day. He reminded all the attendees that we , as soldiers of ROC, should not only remember the learning from history but give a deep thoughts on the concepts of “Cautious in War” and  “Complete Victory” in The Art of War by Sunzi.  They lead the way to victory by catching the enemy unawareness , creating winning momentum, and surpassing enemy.
